Running out mid-task
A top-up is a small purchase of extra tokens added to your existing plan. It does not change your expiry date and does not create a new subscription. It is there to let you finish the task you are on.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”Open Top up from Home or Settings, pick a pack, and pay with Mobile Money. The tokens are added to your current balance immediately. The app shows the packs and their prices in your local currency.
What a top-up does not do
Section titled “What a top-up does not do”- It does not raise your weekly tool counters. If you are out of chapter uses rather than tokens, a top-up will not help. You need your plan to renew, or a bigger plan.
- It does not extend your plan. When your plan expires, the plan expires.
The limits
Section titled “The limits”Top-ups are deliberately capped so they stay a small safety net. They do not replace buying a plan. The largest pack costs well under a plan, and you cannot stack top-ups beyond a share of what your current plan already gave you for this period. The app tells you when you reach the cap.
If you keep hitting those limits, the better value is a larger plan.
