Citation Finder

Every argument in your research needs a published source behind it. The Citation Finder searches the World Journal Database, a large index of real published research, and returns actual journal articles, books and reports, with titles, authors and publication details.

It does not generate citations from memory.

  1. Open Citation Finder from Home (the Plan stage).
  2. Describe what you need sources for, in plain language.
  3. Set filters if you want: number of citations, year range, or a specific author.
  4. Choose a citation style for the output: Harvard, APA 7th, Vancouver, IEEE, Chicago, MLA 9th, ACS, or your institution’s own (paste an example and it matches the format).

The Citation Finder is a starting point, not a finished reference list. Open and read every source before you add it to your work. Check it exists, says what you think it says, and is relevant.

The Citation Finder spends one citation search per lookup, not tokens. Your search allowance depends on your plan and grows with your academic level. The Home screen shows how many searches you have left.
